Kael is cofounder of "Life in Balance" where she has been practicing as a Natural Therapeutic Specialist, Massage Therapist and Ayurvedic Practitioner for the past 13 years. Ayurveda is constantly teaching me about myself, life and how to assist others in their own self healing.

I am the mother of two amazing children, Leela who is almost 4 (currently jumping on me as I write) and Jonah who is 9 months old. I am also a doula and enjoy working with women in all stages of life from conception to post-natal rejuvenation through menopause.  I am learning how to create balance between being a mom and fulfilling my life's work of sharing Ayurveda.  With respect I offer my deepest thanks to my Ayurvedic teacher Vaidya Vasant Lad for sending me on my path.

Travis studied Ayurveda with Ayurvedic Doctors from India for 3 years at Maharishi University of Management, in Iowa. He went to nursing school at the University of Washington and now works in General Medicine at Harborview Medical Center. He continues to attend class at UW where he is studying to be a Nurse Practitioner. He has been meditating since he was nine and is an avid yogi.

Gillian Ehrlich’s mission is to make holistic health our common ground in medicine and improve universal access to primary health care. This vision of health evolved from experiences such as working with youth for Outward Bound, as a domestic violence counselor on the Yankton Sioux Reservation in South Dakota, and while growing organic food for families in southwest Ohio. Gillian graduated with a BA/BS degree from The Evergreen State College, studied 1000+ hours of Ayurveda with Dr. Vasant Lad in Albuquerque and Pune, India, and holds a BSN from Drexel University. She emerged with the sound conviction that health and contentment are possible for all of us. Gillian currently works as an RN at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, Washington and is studying towards a Clinical Doctorate as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Sarah is cofounder of "Life in Balance" where she assists clients in returning to their true nature through lifestyle counseling, dietary guidance and rejuvenating bodywork. She is a graduate of The Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico, where she studied under Dr. Vasant Lad, and has traveled extensively throughout India, studying with renowned Ayurvedic doctors and scholars.

Sarah is working to increase public awareness about the many practical assets this age-old system of healing offers humanity. She has chosen to work in the field of Ayurveda for the purpose of bringing healing and awareness to peoples lives so that they can realize their unique life path and contribute their gifts to the world we live in. It is her intention to encourage integration of all health care systems and wisdom traditions for the benefit of all beings.
