The following is biographical info of various people who have presented at Ayurveda Sanghas

Dr Dhru is an Ayurvedic Doctor who provides Ayurveda and Yoga Consultations and Education at Federal Way Ayurveda and Yoga and at Three Trees Yoga (http://www.threetreesyoga.com/). He teaches Ayurvedic seminars at various national and international locations including teaching assignments at the Ayurvedic Institute, Albuquerque and Kerala Ayurveda Academy, Seattle.

Dhaval is a former ENT Surgeon in private practice for more than 22 years. He has been board certified in Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery by the American Board of Otolaryngology as well as the Canadian Royal College of Surgeons. He completed the Ayurvedic Institute’s two year training program with Dr. Lad, the world renowned Ayurvedic educator, practitioner, author and Institute founder.

Dr Dhru took yoga teacher training at White Lotus foundation, Santa Barbara, CA, studied yoga at the Ayurvedic Institute and is registered with the Yoga Alliance. He provides individual and private yoga classes incorporating Ayurvedic principles so as to come up with appropriate yoga practice for an individual.

Dhaval’s other interests include exercise, racket sports, reading and travelling.

Received her B.A.M.S. (Ayurved) in 1990. Following graduation she moved to the U.S. with her husband, Dr. Shailinder Sodhi. She graduated from Bastyr University in 1993 with her N.D. degree. She is an instructor at the Sri Chinmoy Institute of Ayurvedic Sciences.

He is certified in Diagnostic Ultrasound, and received his N.D. degree in 1993 from Bastyr University. He is also an instructor at the Sri Chinmoy Institute of Ayurvedic Sciences. Shailinder Sodhi, BAMS, ND. Completed his B.A.M.S. (Ayurved) in 1985, afterwards moving to the U.S. to continue his education. The first Ayurvedic and Naturopathic physician in the U.S.A. In 1980, after completion of 6 years medical training in India, where he received his M.D. (Ayurved), he served as professor for 6 years. In 1986 he came to the west to share Ayurveda as part of a cultural exchange program. In 1988 he graduated from Bastyr College of Naturopathic Medicine, again becoming a faculty member after graduation. Dr. Sodhi treats thousands of people from the United States, and around the world. He lectures extensively throughout both the U.S. and other countries, as well as being the founder and instructor of the Sri Chinmoy Institute of Ayurvedic Sciences adjacent to the Clinic. He is also available for lectures and workshops to individual groups.
